You must have Proof of Citizenship, such as a Passport or Certified Birth Certificate, with a picture ID. A driver's license and/or voter's registration are not sufficient and will not be accepted as proof. If you have any questions, please call the Immigration & Naturalization Service.
Please present your transfer voucher to Majestic Tours, at the airport, for your trip into
Nassau/Paradise Island. If transfers are not included in your package, just take a taxi on yourself.
Hotel taxes, gratuities, and service charges will be due upon check out of the hotel. Government departure taxes will be collected at the airport upon departure.
Departure Tax leaving Nassau is $30.00 Effective September 1, 2002.

Children, staying free, are subject to daily hotel taxes, service charges and transfer fees.

Immediately after checking into your hotel it is important to call Bahama Divers at (242) 393-5644, to reconfirm your dive schedule as well as schedule pick up from the hotel to the dive center.
   PLEASE BE SURE TO CALL THE DIVE SHOP UPON ARRIVAL.
For certified divers, We Do Check Certification Cards at the dive center. All recognized agencies will be honored. Please turn in all diving vouchers when you first check in at Bahama Divers.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Reservations are not confirmed until initial deposit of $100.00 per person is received. Balance due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs more than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund of deposits and pre-payments, less $50.00 cancellation fee per person. I canceled within fourteen (14) days of arrival there is a $100.00 per person cancellation fee and certain hotel & package feature cancellation penalties may apply. No shows are non-refundable. Courses: Once we have scheduled an instructor for pool or open water work and the course is not completed for any reason the course fees are nonrefundable

RE-BOOKING and/or CHANGE FEE:
There is a $25.00 per person charge if vouchers and documents have been issued.
